The Weston II
Our 2009 Parade of homes entry has won a Bronze Award in the Raleigh-Wake County HBA Parade of Homes, The Weston II.
October 3-4, 9-11, & 16-18, 2009. Homes will be open from 12-5 pm.

September 19th, 2008 - Baron Custom Homes is please to announce the opening of their remodeling division. With 20 years of local home-building experience, they are uniquely qualified to help homeowners with their remodeling needs.

September 9, 2008 - Baron Custom Homes earns Energy Star Certification.
Following U.S. EPA guidelines Baron Custom Homes, a Triangle based NC homebuilder,
builds certified Energy Star homes. Through a combination of energy efficient features such as high performance windows, effective insulation, tight construction
 and ductwork and Energy Star qualified lighting and appliances homeowners will
get improved comfort, lower energy demand and reduced air pollution. Energy star homes are at least 15 percent more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code. Additional information is available at the ENERGY STAR Website.

May 31st – June 7th, 2008
Baron Custom Homes takes part in the 2008 Wake Habitat for Humanity’s Home Builder Blitz in which 5 houses were built in five days!

The Westchester, our 2007 Cary, NC Wake County Parade of Homes entry, has won a Silver Award.

Baron Custom Homes builds our second Habitat for Humanity home, taking part in a “Builder Blitz” in which 20 houses were built in five days!

Triangle Sales & Marketing presents a “Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence” (MAME) award to Baron Custom Homes of Cary, NC for Best Product Design over 4000 square feet.

September 2003
Baron Custom Homes is awarded an “Award of Distinction” from Residential Warranty Corporation.  This award is given for financial stability, quality workmanship, and superior customer service.

November 2003
Dave Baron was elected to serve as 2004 President of the Raleigh/Wake County Home Builders Association on November 11, 2003. Dave is "truly honored" and "promises to lead to the best of his ability". Dave has a long history with the Raleigh/Wake HBA. He is a Past Chair of the Builders Council  and has been on the Board of Directors since 1997.
